Description
The disc stack centrifugal separator is an advanced industrial system designed for the continuous and efficient separation of mixtures based on differences in particle density and size. Separation Process

  1. Feed Introduction

  3. Differential Migration

    • Denser particles are driven radially outward toward the periphery of the discs.

    • Lighter components remain closer to the central axis.

  4. Stratified Layer Formation
    Distinct layers form as a result of the differential migration: denser solids accumulate at the outer region, while clarified liquid or lighter phases concentrate near the center.

  5. Continuous Extraction
    Separated components are discharged continuously through designated outlets:

    • Solids are ejected from the periphery.

    • Clarified liquid is extracted from the inner zone.

This automated process ensures high throughput, consistency, and minimal operator intervention, making it suitable for demanding industrial settings.
